First and foremost, we know a number of our customers are doing it tough right now and we are all thinking of you as our daily routine continues to change. Above all, make sure you are taking care of yourself both physically and mentally.
The information out there around COVID-19 is changing on a daily basis and we are all adjusting to a different normal, which can be overwhelming. It was only a week ago, that I advised “Business as Usual”. A week later and we have had to make some additional changes.
Following government guidelines on social distancing, non essential office staff are now working remotely. This ensures staff required in the office, are better protected allowing the necessary distance between them. Whilst these changes affect our office environment, we are making sure there are minimal disruptions to our service.
As social distancing rules increase this may in some areas affect our ability to provide a demonstration of our products upon request. As you can appreciate, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis, but as rules change daily, this might be taken out of our hands.
In short, for us, business is different, however we continue to be fully operational to support your requirements, from orders to service and anything in-between.
Fortunately the medical, dental and industrial sectors are considered essential services. As such our suppliers continue to manufacturer and can guarantee product availability. We look forward to continuing to support you you with minimal disruptions in these challenging times.
