iT Concepts microFlex micro fibre endoscopes are developed especially for industrial applications with tight inspection apertures or small drill holes. microFlex endoscopes are ideal for inspecting small workpieces, delicate drill holes, injection tubes, turbine blades, random inspection in large series production and security relevant parts. microFlex fibre endoscopes are available in different probe diameters from 0,5mm to 1,8mm working lengths up to 2,0m custom-built versions upon request. The microFlex contains an optical image guide made of highly flexible, thin and parallel single fibres. This assures sharp and high-resolution pictures with high colour fidelity for professional inspections. A focusable ocular adjusts the optic system to the visual acuity of the viewer.


Optimal visualisation

The use of ultra thin single fibres result in bundles with extreme high numbers of pixels that are manufactured in a very tight area. This is the basis for high resolution pictures. With an field of view angle of 70° and a distance of view from 5-30mm no detail will get lost during inspection.


Orientation

The microflex uses, the same as the iFlex fibre endoscope, a 32mm standard DIN eyepiece that can be focused. The visible marking in the eyepiece can be used for orientation and to navigate within the inspection object savely and unerringly.


Robust, reliable and mobile

An other quality feature of these high grade endoscopes is the resistance especially in rough environments in the daily use.The bending radius of the microFlex endoscopes is only 20mm . In the mobile use of these delicate endoscopes the transportation case protects realiable against strokes and vibrations.
